MR 88 Terms & Conditions — Official Rules for All Malaysian Members

1Definitions & Scope of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", or "You") and the MR 88 platform ("MR 88", "we", "platform", or "service"). This document sets out the terms governing your use of MR 88's website, mobile application, and all services provided.

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings defined below:

• "MR 88 Platform" — refers to the website at mr88.life together with all associated applications, tools, and services.
• "Account" — refers to a registered member account opened by a user through the official registration process.
• "Funds" — refers to funds in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) held in your MR 88 account, excluding bonus funds that have not yet met the rollover requirements.
• "Bet" — refers to any sports bet, casino game, or other activity involving the wagering of money on the MR 88 platform.
• "Bonus" — refers to any free credits, bonus funds, or other incentives granted by MR 88 to members subject to the stated conditions.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use the MR 88 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.
• You must be an individual acting on your own behalf, and not acting on behalf of another person, company, or entity.
• You are not currently on any self-exclusion list held by any gaming platform or regulatory body.
• Your use of the MR 88 platform does not violate any laws, regulations, or policies applicable in your country or region of residence.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.

MR 88 reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in your account being suspended or terminated.

3Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per User

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on MR 88 at any given time. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different information — is a serious violation that will result in the following actions:

• Immediate closure of all associated accounts identified as belonging to the same user.
• Forfeiture of all monetary balances across all associated accounts, including original deposits and winnings.
• Forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings obtained.
• Permanent ban from the MR 88 platform.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, and up to date. This includes your full name (as shown on your ID), phone number, and email address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these terms.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. MR 88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. Please notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

MR 88 accepts deposits and withdrawals exclusively through the following Malaysian digital payment methods:

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. If a deposit was made via Touch 'n Go, the withdrawal must also be returned to the same Touch 'n Go account.
• The amount you wish to withdraw must be free of any outstanding bonus rollover requirements.
• MR 88 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000.
• MR 88 is not liable for any delays caused by payment service providers.

5Bonus Terms & Conditions

5.1 General Bonus Principles

All bonuses and promotions offered by MR 88 are subject to the specific terms set out for each offer. The general conditions applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Every bonus carries a rollover (wagering) requirement that must be met before withdrawals are permitted. The rollover is typically expressed as a multiple of the deposit or bonus amount — for example, "Rollover x10" means you must wager an amount equal to 10 times the bonus value.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• Every bonus has a stated validity period. Bonuses that expire before the rollover requirements are met will be automatically forfeited.
• MR 88 reserves the right to void any bonuses and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse or fraud.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

The MR 88 welcome bonus is available to new members making their first deposit. Additional conditions applicable to the welcome bonus include maximum bet limits per spin or hand while the bonus is active, eligible games for rollover fulfilment, and the timeframe within which the rollover must be completed. 5.3 Bonus Abuse Policy

MR 88 employs sophisticated detection systems to identify bonus abuse. Activities deemed to constitute bonus abuse include hedging, use of automated software, multi-account collusion to manipulate bonus conditions, and inconsistent betting patterns clearly intended to fulfil rollover requirements with minimal risk. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be terminated.

6General Sports Betting Rules

This section governs Sports Betting on MR 88, covering football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, Champions League, and more), badminton, tennis, and all other sports available on the platform.

• All odds displayed are live and subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds accepted are those at the time the bet is confirmed, not the odds shown when you first placed it.
• Confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled, except under circumstances specifically outlined in the bet cancellation policy.
• If a match is postponed and does not resume within 24 hours of the original start time, all bets related to that match will be voided, except for markets that have already been settled.
• MR 88 reserves the right to void or revise any bet where there has been a technical error or a clearly incorrect odds price (palpable error).
• Official match results as determined by the relevant sporting body will be used to settle bets. MR 88 does not accept disputes based on review decisions or appeals made after a bet has been settled.

7Casino Games & E-Sports

7.1 Casino Games (Slots, Live Casino, Table Games)

All casino games on MR 88 — including slots, baccarat, blackjack, roulette, fishing games, and others — use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology that has been independently verified and audited. Every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be influenced by MR 88 or any other party.

• Game results displayed on screen are final. Any technical issues causing game interruptions will be resolved based on game logs retained by our servers.
• If a game session is disconnected due to a player-side internet connection issue, the game will be considered completed based on the result recorded by the server.
• The use of bots, automated software, or any unfair methods to gain an advantage in casino games is strictly prohibited.

7.2 Esports Betting

E-sports betting on MR 88 covers tournaments for Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBBl), PUBG Mobile, Valorant, Dota 2, CS:GO, and other competitive titles. The general Sports Betting rules in Section 6 also apply to e-sports wagers, along with additional e-sports-specific conditions outlined in the detailed guide under the E-Sports section of the platform.

8Member Conduct & Prohibited Activities

MR 88 members are expected to engage with the platform and fellow members with respect and integrity. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's information to register an account.
• The use of any software, bots, or automated tools to interact with the platform.
• Any attempt to influence the outcome of a match or game (match-fixing).
• Colluding with other members to exploit the bonus system (bonus abuse/collusion).
• Any attempt at fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities conducted through the MR 88 platform.
• Misuse of customer support channels, including the use of abusive or threatening language towards staff.
• Sharing or selling your MR 88 account to another party.

9Privacy & Data Protection

MR 88 takes your privacy seriously. The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data is carried out in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Below is a summary of our data policy:

• Your personal data is collected solely for the stated purposes — namely to manage your account, process transactions, and fulfil legal requirements.
• MR 88 does not sell or disclose your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
• Your data is stored on servers protected with 256-bit SSL encryption and advanced security measures.
• You have the right to request access to your personal data, request corrections to inaccurate data, or request deletion of your data (subject to applicable legal obligations).

10Liability Limits

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, MR 88 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred through use of the platform, including betting losses.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet infrastructure issues, cyber attacks, or force majeure events.
• Actions or omissions by third parties that affect our platform or users.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses that may arise from the use of or inability to use the platform.

MR 88's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the liability claim.

11Responsible Gaming

MR 88 is fully committed to promoting responsible gambling among all our members. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of stress or financial hardship.

MR 88 provides the following tools to help members manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to keep your spending in check.
• Account Break: Suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 1 month if you need a break.
• Self-Exclusion: Choose to exclude yourself from the platform for an extended period — 6 months, 1 year, or permanently.

12Account Suspension & Closure

12.1 Closure by Member

You may close your MR 88 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closing your account, please ensure all bonus rollover requirements have been fulfilled and all pending withdrawals have been processed. Any net balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method.

12.2 Closure by MR 88

MR 88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account if:

• The member has breached any term set out in this document.
• There is activity suspected to constitute fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct.
• The member has failed to meet KYC requirements within the specified timeframe.
• Instructions received from the relevant legal authorities.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these terms, MR 88 reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the account, including deposited funds, winnings, and bonuses.

13Dispute Resolution

If you have any complaints or disputes relating to the MR 88 platform, please follow the procedure below:

1. Contact Customer Support: The first step is to contact the MR 88 support team via Live Chat or email at support@mr88.life. Please provide full details of your dispute, including the transaction number, date, and a clear description.
2. Internal Review: Our team will investigate your complaint and provide a response within 3–5 business days. We may request additional information during the course of the investigation.
3. Final Decision: Decisions made by the MR 88 dispute resolution team are final and binding, unless you choose to refer the matter to a mutually agreed arbitration body.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law, and all disputes will be resolved through a fair and transparent process.

14Amendments to Terms & Conditions

MR 88 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes through:

• In-platform notifications upon logging in to MR 88.
• An email to the address registered to your account.
• An update to this Terms & Conditions page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the MR 88 platform after a change notification is considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the changes take effect.
